Islamic terrorists July 15: Islamic terrorists and left-wing extremists have become more cautious in using mobile phones and the Internet, making things difficult for the intelligence agencies who are tracking their activities.

“The terrorists have gone into a self-preservation mode of late,” said a police source. “They are now increasingly depending on human couriers for communication when they realised the trap of modern communication equipment.” A document of the CPI (Maoist) accessed by this newspaper asks the leaders to use the mobile phones judiciously.
